Terms & Conditions

This Service Agreement governs the transportation services provided by JustCabbie to customers who book through our platform. By completing a reservation and utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Terms Modification JustCabbie reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Confirmed reservations will honor the pricing and conditions in effect at the time of booking.
  2. Advance Booking Requirements We require a minimum 20-mimute advance notice for online reservations. For bookings with shorter notice, please contact our office directly to confirm service availability.
  3. Time Management Responsibility Customers must account for adequate travel time, including airline check-in requirements and potential traffic delays. JustCabbie is not liable for missed appointments or departures resulting from insufficient time allocation or passenger delays.
  4. Vehicle Capacity Customers must select appropriate vehicle size based on passenger count and luggage volume. We cannot guarantee accommodation of excessive baggage beyond standard capacity.
  5. Booking Information Complete and accurate information must be provided during reservation. Use the special instructions field to communicate any specific requirements or concerns.
  6. Service Modifications Additional charges may apply for any changes to the original booking, including extra distance, waiting time, or route modifications, calculated according to our published rates.
  7. Airport Arrival Services Incoming flight pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Additional waiting charges apply thereafter. Factor in customs and baggage claim processing to avoid unnecessary fees.
  8. No-Show Policy For airport collections, drivers will wait up to 90 minutes without passenger contact. After this period, the service will be considered a no-show with no refund provided.
  9. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are accepted with full refund when we receive 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations after vehicle dispatch will incur charges based on driver travel time and distance.
  10. Customer Service We thoroughly investigate all customer concerns. Please contact us with your booking reference and detailed information for prompt resolution.
  11. Partner Services JustCabbie may utilize partner companies or subcontractors to fulfill certain journeys as needed.
  12. Passenger Conduct The booking party is responsible for all passenger behavior during transport. Cleaning fees will be charged if vehicle damage or soiling occurs. Receipts are available electronically (within 2 business days) or as physical receipts from drivers.
  13. Impairment Policy We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.
  14. Safety and Security Bookings may be immediately terminated if passenger behavior threatens driver safety or vehicle security. Passengers will be required to exit the vehicle at the earliest safe opportunity without refund.
  15. Flight Monitoring We track incoming flights to ensure timely driver arrival at your specified location.
  16. Punctuality Efforts While we strive for punctual service, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our operational control.
  17. Journey Completion JustCabbie will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely arrival but cannot be held liable for delays resulting from uncontrollable traffic or road conditions.
  18. Child Passengers Children of any age count as individual passengers. Child safety seats can be requested during booking (subject to availability) or customers may provide their own. Installation of personal child seats is the customer's responsibility.
  19. Alternative Arrangements If your assigned driver cannot reach the pickup location due to traffic or other issues, we will attempt to provide alternative transportation through our partner network.
  20. Missed Connections If our driver fails to appear at the scheduled time, contact our office immediately. Leaving the pickup location without notification releases JustCabbie from compensation obligations. Unauthorized alternative transportation arrangements will not be reimbursed.
  21. Vehicle Assignment JustCabbie reserves the right to reassign vehicles or drivers as operationally necessary. All vehicles maintain strict no-smoking policies.
  22. Insurance Coverage Our vehicles carry comprehensive passenger and third-party insurance. However, personal belongings are transported at the owner's risk.
  23. Luggage Responsibility Customers are responsible for loading and unloading their luggage. JustCabbie and our partners assume no liability for personal property loss or damage.
  24. Vehicle Breakdown In the event of mechanical failure, we will arrange replacement transportation to complete your journey as quickly as possible.
  25. Force Majeure JustCabbie may cancel services and provide refunds during national emergencies, severe weather, civil unrest, fuel shortages, terrorist incidents, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
  26. Direct Driver Arrangements Private arrangements with individual drivers are prohibited and void our service agreement. JustCabbie accepts no responsibility for unauthorized transportation arrangements.
